The Sounds of Africa                     Africa, when people think of Africa I think people mostly think of Africa as a wartorn and tribalistic continent. Which is a pretty reasonable assumption looking at Africa and its great history. And like all other places in the world music plays a central part in African culture. And like many other places music can serve many purposes which include entertainment, and religion.                                                      A big chunk of Africa still does not have internet or even electricity and a large portion of the African population actually do actively go out and actually meet with people more than developed nations. In areas that are not as developed people actually get closer to their neighbors like how people in medieval times are close because they do not have access to the internet and only know about themselves.                   Kalayaan                        Kalayaan, ang kalayaan ay para sa akin ay isa sa mga pina ka importanteng bagay na dapat meron ang tao. Ang kalayaan po ay karapatan nang tao, karapatan nang lahat bali wala sa itsura o lahi nang tao ang kalayaan ay magandang bagay. Bilang isang kabataan, wala kaming masyadong malaking mga kaaranasan kumpara sa mga mas nakatatanda sa amin. Marami silang oras na pwedeng magawa ang mga bagay na nais. Kumpara sa kanila hindi malaki ang aming responsibilidad sapagkat wala kaming trabaho o mga anak. Ang iba ay mayroong kapatid minsan kami ang tapagbantay sa kanila pero ang aming mga magulang parin ang nag-aalaga.                Kapag tingnan mo ang buhay mo bilang kabataan meron po kang maraming oras para gumawa nang ano gusto mo at mas malaya tayo dahil hindi ta masyado maraming responsibilidad.                                           The Philippines like all other nations has a government, not one person or group controls the entire country. The government is made up of other governing bodies to cooperate and do specific roles for the government to function. Different branches of the government do different things and DILG is one of them. DILG is an important branch of the government as it is responsible for the allocation of funds and such so that each province or municipality will get their fair share. And one of those responsibilities is to uphold consumer law as consumer law is a universal right to all Filipinos and as part of the government they have to serve the people as that is the job of the government.                                 Now when you need to organize events and such in your area, you cannot just do it willy nilly.
